What is Pet Wagon?
Petwagon is a pet grooming van made up of pet-loving, trained professionals providing high-quality services to pet owners. We’re an enthusiastic young team aiming to bring comfort and quality to your doorstep. The primary mission of our service is to make pets look healthy and happy. Pet Wagon’ is a big pink and yellow van which comes right in front of your doorsteps, giving your pet one on one grooming experience with our experts. The van has all the facilities your pooch requires, providing maximum comfort and styling. Our pet grooming mobile services include everything ranging from clipping your pet’s nails to an optimal length to bathing them so that they shine brighter.
Where we stand right now?
It has been more than 4 months since we have started operations in Pune and PCMC area. We currently have a client base of 500+ pet parents. Our presence on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Linkdln have gained a lot of traction from a huge audience of pet lovers. We successfully have had 700+ grooming sessions since our inception with a customer retention 40%. We got featured in Whatshotpune and Sakal Newaspaper for our unique and innovative startup.
What are our future plans?
- We are aiming to expand our services in Pune with multiple vans and extend our services in various other cities.
- Development of an Application- All our customer bookings are handles over calls and messages we intend to develop an application for the same for hassle free booking by the customers themselves.
- Fresh Pet Food- We are planning to expand our services in pet food subscription based model, where we would be delivering fresh food on a daily basis just like the dabba system.
